Information security is a very important and need desperately in the exponential growth of internet technology. Encryption is one among many techniques to secure useful information with help of sensitive keys. In this paper, a logically sophisticated image encryption scheme is proposed which is based on pixel adaption. XOR (Exclusive-OR) and mod operators with a random key generators are the key parameters for Pixel adaption. Performance is being evaluated through histograms. Encryption implementation is evaluated for different images using MATLAB. Reverse process of encryption is Decryption. Experimental results proves that the scheme is highly key dominated and shows a high immune to brute-force and statistical attacks.

Selfies frequently trigger perceptions of self-indulgence or attention-seeking social dependence that raises the damned-if-you-do and damned-if-you-don't spectre of either narcissism or very low self-esteem". Psychiatrists believed that behaviors could generate more mental issues in the future, especially those related to lack of confidence. You've seen it thousands of times on facebook and other social media outlets, there is even a song on the radio about it Selfies have become a huge trend in social media and psychiatrists and mental health workers are linking them to mental health conditions related to narcissism and a person's obsession with their looks. How far can the selfie obsession go A British male teenager went to the extent of trying to commit suicide after he was unable to take what he felt was the perfect selfie. Danny Bowman became so obsessed with capturing the perfect shot that he would spend roughly 10 hours per day taking up to 200 selfies trying to get the perfect shot. As things got more and more intense for Danny, he lost nearly 30 pounds, dropped out of school and did not leave the house for six months as he kept trying for the perfect picture. During his suicide attempt, Bowman was saved by his mother. Keywords

Toasted skin syndrome is observed on people who work close to extreme heat. It is also called as Erythema ab igne. Prolonged thermal radiation exposure to the skin can lead to the development of reticulated erythema, hyper pigmentation, scaling and telangiectasias in the affected area. Some people may complain it can go unnoticed. Causes are exposure to prolonged heat of high degree, in our modern times the use of laptop on the things has become a common cause. In case the discoloration does not disappear even after reducing exposure to heat sources, it is advisable that to seek the professional help of a dermatologist. Keywords

Pompe disease is an inherited disorder caused by the buildup of a complex sugar called glycogen in the body's cells. The accumulation of glycogen in certain organs and tissues, especially muscles, impairs their ability to function normally. Pompe disease, also known as glycogen storage disease type II. The disease is caused by mutations in the gene that instructs the body to make an enzyme called acid alpha-glycosidase (GAA). Patients with Pompe disease have deficient lysosomal enzyme acid alpha-glycosidase (GAA) activity, which catalyses the breakdown of glycogen to glucose in the lyososome.1 Clinically it is classified into 3 types namely Infantileonset Pompe disease, Non-classic infantile-onset Pompe disease and Late or adult onset Pompe disease. Diagnostic test is the measurement of acid alpha-glucosidase (GAA) enzyme activity. Pompe disease management can be done based on its manifestations and complications. Keywords

Background: Anorexia Nervosa is defined as an eating disorder causing people to obsess about weight and what they eat. The main aim of the study was to assess the knowledge regarding anorexia nervosa among nursing students in selected nursing colleges at Mysuru. Objectives: To assess the knowledge regarding anorexia nervosa among nursing students. To find the association between the level of knowledge regarding anorexia nervosa among nursing students with their selected demographic variables. Methodology: Based on the nature of the problem and objectives of study the research approach chosen for the study is descriptive approach. 60 samples were selected by non probability convenience sampling technique. The tool used for data collection consisted of Performa and structured knowledge questionnaire. Validity of the tool was appraised by 5 experts and was found to be valid for the study with required modification. Reliability of structured knowledge questionnaire was done using split half method and found 0.74. The tools were found reliable. The pilot study was conducted to assess the feasibility of the study design at selected colleges of Mysuru. The collected data was analyzed on the basis of the objectives and hypothesis of the study by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The findings revealed that 34(56.6%) of nursing students had average level of knowledge, 17(28.3%) had poor level of knowledge and 09(15%) had good level of knowledge regarding anorexia nervosa. The knowledge level ranged from 8-27. The mean level score was 12.05 with standard deviation of ±5.92. The study findings also revealed that there is no significant association between the level of knowledge regarding anorexia nervosa with their selected demographic variables like age, religion, place of residence, dietary habits, place of stay, previous knowledge on anorexia nervosa. Keywords
