This paper describes the author's experiences, gained during a complicated and long outsourcing project. The applied Software Quality Program is presented and possible approaches to these problems, ideas for its improvement are given. The problems of project management, software configuration management and maintenance are clarified. An achievable-both incremental and measurable - has been suggested. This paper sets out a number of challenges faced by software quality community. These challenges relate to the outspread view of quality and the consequences for software quality definitions. These definitions are related to eight perspectives of software quality in an end-to-end product life cycle. In conclusion the author shares a few possible directions for further research. Keywords

Caries is a disease of multifactorial etiology and a risk assessment should evaluate all factors involved with the disease. Individual risk factors studied separately from the pool of risk factors tend to be poor predictors of caries onset. The assessment of all risk factors not only allows for a more accurate caries risk assessment, but also identifies the etiologic factors responsible for the occurrence of caries in a particular patient. This approach encourages management strategies developed specifically for the patient.
Identifying factors that determine those individuals at highest risk-either prior to or very shortly after teeth begin to erupt-is imperative to allow for possible preventive intervention. Once identified, these factors should be assessed using a reliable and valid tool that is useable by both dental practitioners and trained nondental health professionals.
Furthermore, the risk assessment, any proposed management strategy and outcomes should be recorded formally over time to monitor and measure treatment efficacy. Patients should be given an opportunity to formally acknowledge the outcomes of a complete risk assessment evaluation so that empowered patients can become true partners and contributors to their oral care.

Erythema Multiforme is a rare, acute, inflammatory mucocutaneous condition caused by a hypersensitivity reaction with the appearance of cytotoxic T lymphocytes in the epithelium that induce apoptosis in keratinocytes, which leads to satellite cell necrosis. Reactions to drugs are quite common and are generally mild, hence not reported. However, occasionally life threatening reactions including Erythema multiforme major (Steven Johnson's syndrome) and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis may occur. A wide spectrum of drugs can sometimes give rise to Erythema Multiforme. We report a case of Erythema Multiforme in a 4 year old female following administration of Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs. Keywords

Fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth restored with post. Aims:This study aims to compare the fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth restored with resin fiber and stainless steel post. Commercially available prefabricated resin fiber post (Dentsply Maillefer Easy Post), prefabricated stainless steel post (Coltene/Whaledent Parapost) were used. Methods & Material: Forty five maxillary central incisors were obturated and divided into 3 groups: Control Group (Group I) without any post (n = 15), Resin Fiber Post Group (Group II) (n = 15) and Stainless Steel Post Group (Group III) (n = 15). In all Groups except control group, post space was prepared; a post was cemented, and a core build-up was provided. All the specimens were subjected to compressive force under a universal testing machine until fracture. Statistical analysis used: The results were analyzed using the variable analysis test (ANOVA). Results: One-way analysis of variance revealed significant difference among test groups. The control group demonstrated highest fracture resistance (925.2183 N), followed by the resin fiber post group (486.7265 N) and stainless steel post group (423.539N). Conclusion: Teeth restored with resin fiber post showed higher fracture resistance values than prefabricated stainless steel post. Keywords

Energy Efficiency and prolonged network lifetime are few of the major concern areas. Energy consumption rated of sensor nodes can be reduced in various ways. Data aggregation, result sharing and filtration of aggregated data among sensor nodes deployed in the unattended regions have been few of the most researched areas in the field of wireless sensor networks. While data aggregation is concerned with minimizing the information transfer from source to sink to reduce network traffic and removing congestion in network, result sharing focuses on sharing of information among agents pertinent to the tasks at hand and filtration of aggregated data so as to remove redundant information. There exist various algorithms for data aggregation and filtration using different mobile agents. In this proposed work same mobile agent is used to perform both tasks data aggregation and data filtration. This approach advocates the sharing of resources and reducing the energy consumption level of sensor nodes.- Decision Making in Integrated Pest Management and Bayesian Network

Timely availability of expert support to the farmers for appropriate decision-making on 'whether and what pest management option is required' is imperative for effective Integrated Pest Management (IPM). For several decades Economic Threshold Level (ETL) has been the basis for decision-making but in modern IPM emphasis is given on agro-ecological situation wherein IPM decisions are based on large range of pest relevant information such as crop health, natural enemies, weather etc. beside pest incidence scientifically obtained through farmers' field scouting. But large farming community in India can rather obtain the tentative information of this kind, consisting uncertainties. Bayesian Network (BN), anartificial intelligence approach could help in developing technique/model to deal with tentative pest relevant information which can be used in field scouting based IPM Decision Support Systems (DSSs) to automate the process of advising appropriate pest management option to the farmers on the basis of tentative agro-ecological situation of their fields. Keywords

Objectives: To introduce the Digital India Campaign and Indian Economy. To know about the pillars for the implementation of the programme. To study the impact of digitalisation on various sectors of Indian economy. To find out about the challenges faced in the implementation of the Programme.
Methodology: The methodology used in this research work is secondary data analysis. This paper covers Digital India Programme and the Impact of digitalisation on Indian Economy, which has PAN India coverage. Only secondary data from some authentic government sources and research papers of eminent researchers are used.
Findings: A digitally knowledgeable and empowered population can transform the whole economy. The automation of the economic sectors will lead to better performance and growth of the sectors, which in turn impact the growth rate of the economy.Digitalisation will will lead to cost savings, increased output, better employment, enhanced productivity & literacy, etc. In the agricultural sector and in Industrial sector, digitalisation will help in betterment of all the processes, be it, purchasing, selling, inventory control, trade relations, employment, product innovation & development, etc. Automation of Service Sector will help in growth of the sector by increasing the ease in access to and rendering of the services. Wider customer reach and customization of services according to customer’s requirements also boost the demand for services. A digitally empowered economy develops much faster, effectively and efficiently due to better utilisation of its capital as well as human resources. And India being a country with such huge manpower resources, if utilised properly, can achieve unprecedented growth rate and put the country in top position along with the developed economies.
Improvements: The Digital India Programme has just started off fresh, and therefore not much data is available regarding the impact of the programme itself. Further improvements can be affected by keeping in view the impact of the programme on the economy.

Thermocouple is one of the most important and widely used temperature sensors in the research and industrial applications. Pt/Pd thermocouple is now a days becoming attraction of researchers to find its applications as a high temperature sensor. Investigation has been made, using tungsten strip lamp, a primary standard of non-contact thermometry, whose temperature correspondence was measured in terms of photoelectric current with the help of photoelectric linear pyrometer Photoelectric pyrometer has been used as a transfer standard for conferring the temperature of spherical blackbody furnace, which was used to measure the temperature of both Pt/Pd and type-S thermocouples in terms of their electromotive force by contact thermometry. Experimental results have shown the utmost linearity among two techniques used and also the advance characteristics of Pt/Pd thermocouple over type-S thermocouple in a high temperature range from 800 °C to 1300 °C. The uncertainty in the comparison from various sources was found to be within ±1.4 °C.Keywords

In the present study a comparison between two different thermal sources maintaining near blackbody conditions has been carried out in the range from 50 °C to 500 °C. An infrared radiation pyrometer of make Land Pyrometer, Japan was used as a transfer standard to measure the temperature of blackbodies. The expanded uncertainty in the estimation of temperature of the radiating source in the above range of measurement was evaluated to be within ±1.03 °C, which shows that the radiation temperature sources are suitable for calibration of infrared total radiation pyrometers and thermal imaging devices in the operational range from 50 °C to 500 °C for laboratory and other industrial applications. Keywords

Depletion of fossil fuels and environmental pollution concern has led researchers to develop alternate fuels. Alcohols are promising alternative. Ethanol can be blended in gasoline without modification in engine to improve performance characteristics. Since, field testing is expensive and time consuming and moreover it is difficult to maintain favourable condition throughout the experiment. Hence it is easy and convenient to carry out the simulation study in MATLAB environment. This paper put emphasis on the study of engine performance characteristics with ethanol-gasoline blend, a cylinder by cylinder model is designed in MATLAB/Simulink. Whole model is built in the form of blocks which are differential and empirical formulas of engine parameters. These formulas are describing the engine behaviour with respect to crank angle. The pressure inside the cylinder is predicted with another line of information of heat input. Heat input needs data from the mass flow and burn characteristics of combustible fuel which is described by Weibe function. Pressure obtained will be converted to mean effective pressure by subtracting frictional losses. Finally the brake mean effective pressure is calculated. The parameters calculated are brake power, brake specific fuel consumption, fuel consumed, brake thermal efficiency, burn duration and exhaust gas temperature. In this study it is found that ethanol blend with gasoline increases brake power and brake thermal efficiency by lowering the exhaust gas temperature. Keywords

Wellbeing’ is a construct; ‘it’ talks about the total happiness of a person defined via three major perspectives which are: by absence of negative emotions, presence of positivity and life satisfaction, According to WHO, emotional and physical stimulation is a part of psychosocial wellbeing, which should be taken care of after meeting nutritional deficiencies of a child. Ryff talks about six dimensions of psychological wellbeing which are representation of eudemonic (meaning of life), that represents subjective happiness cannot be equated with wellbeing.
Internet is a vast repository of knowledge; leading to positive and negative effects. This medium of information and various social platforms are not just for lazing, entertaining, learning but also addictive in nature; they tend to give a social satisfaction to children but may lead to psychological damage that they may be unaware of. Internet identity and usage is something that cannot be denied or restricted in this era and so their effects on generations. Children become a part of this syndrome due to social influence and hence misinterpret it as a part of social image.
In recent times, there occurs a gap to satisfy these six dimensions in factual existence thus, a search is initiated and children turn towards the virtual dimension to abridge this space and establish the satisfaction that they are seeking. It seems to be successful at some level but not literally. The objective of this paper is to find the existence of internet addiction, patterns of usage of internet and reasons of usage on a school child and understanding Ryffsix dimension model in context to their responses. It’s a qualitative paper which employed the data collection from 15 private school students on the basis of random purposive sampling from the demographics age 14-17 years by asking open ended questions related to their use of internet. Ethical oral consent was sought and the person was informed. Its main aim is towards social constructivism. Responses were then compared to Ryff model to seek association. The results show that Internet contributes towards the concept of wellbeing to a certain extent and a relational pattern is studied and observed between Ryff Model and reasons of student’s usage of internet.

The motive of this article is to analyze the semilocal convergence of a well existing iterative method in the Banach spaces to get the solution of nonlinear equations. The condition, we assume that the nonlinear operator fulfills the Hölder continuity condition which is softer than the Lipschitz continuity and works on the problems in which either second order Frèchet derivative of the nonlinear operator is challenging to calculate or does not hold the Lipschitz condition. In the convergence theorem, the existence of the solution x* and its uniqueness along with prior error bound are established. Also, the R-order of convergence for this method is proved to be at least 4+3q. Two numerical examples are discussed to justify the included theoretical development followed by an error bound expression. Keywords

- Ball Convergence of Modified Homeier-Like's Method in Banach Spaces under Weak Continuity Condition

The aim of this study is to analyze the local convergence of the multi-step Homeier's-like method for solving nonlinear equations in Banach space. Furthermore, we avoid hypotheses on high order derivatives which limit the applicability of the method. Instead, we only use hypotheses on the first derivative. Thus the applicability of the method has been extended by preserving the order of convergence. The convergence of the solution is proved under the weak hypotheses i.e. $\omega$-continuity condition. Some numerical instances where earlier results cannot be applied to solve equations but our results can be applied are provided to validate the theoretical contribution.
