While past evidence has supported the relationship of career commitment and career success, career success and career satisfaction, career commitment and career satisfaction, there has been no study conducted to relate all these three concepts. The present study seeks to study the influence of career commitment on career success with the mediating role of career satisfaction.References

This article tests a model of self efficacy and career self management with the moderating effect of proactive personality. The study used hierarchical multiple regression to test the theoretical model that specified the relationship among the three variables. The results suggest that proactive personality positively and significantly influenced career self management behaviors measured through job mobility preparedness and self development seeking feedback. The findings are discussed in terms of their theoretical and practical implications. The results of the study could be used by practicing mangers and organizations keen to determine the kind of employees who are likely to engage in career self management behaviors and the conditions under which such behaviors occur.References
