The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction and burnout. The data of the research were collected by way of a survey that was conducted on 396clinic staff who work in a public hospital in Turkey. Structural equation modeling (path analysis) was conducted to test the hypotheses. From the results of the analyses, it was found that the high self-efficacy perception had an effect on the increase of job satisfaction and the decrease of the feeling of burnout. Job satisfaction was negatively related to burnout.
