Financial Resources of College Libraries in Karnataka State

This study reports the findings of a survey of financial resources of five hundred and seventy of the nine hundred and thirty-one college libraries in Karnataka State. Based on the findings, it proposes a model called "Policy driven Financial Management for College Libraries in Transition".
