Human beings set fabric for information. Yarns come out of cotton or silk or nylon. It is an organization of natural porducts into usable commodities. So also information comes out of observation, data and environment. Sensory perception of nature, objects, events and their ramefications in human mind and society leads to formation of information. Percepts gets into concepts due to bicoupling of mind with external experience.
