Happy to inform all the readers and others that SDMIMD Journal of Management is now in its fifth year and this is the first issue of volume 5. I sincerely thank all our authors, publishers, reviewers, and the members of the Editorial Board, and the Advisory Board, for their support, encouragement and appreciation which have helped us to successfully complete four years of publication.
