Editorial

We are happy to come up with the second issue of the tenth volume of SDMIMD Journal of Management. The present issue of the journal has five articles, one case study and, one book review. Among them, two articles and the case study are the revised and modified version of the papers, presented in the 7^th International Conference on Managing Human Resources at the Workplace, held at SDMIMD in December 2018; one article is the revised and modified version of the paper presented in the 7^th International Finance Conference - Emerging Trends in Finance, Accounting and Banking, held at SDMIMD in September 2018, and rest two are the revised and modified version of the papers, presented in 4^th International Conference on “Economic Growth and Sustainable Development: Emerging Trends” organised by SDMIMD in November, 2018. All the articles and the case study, have been selected for publication following the journal’s guidelines, and with modifications, based on the ‘double blind’ peer review process.
