Contemporary management is a multidisciplinary function, which is harmonized and integrated mutually, with varied disciplines. Aside organizations are open to learn from the historical evidences and experiences to enhance their performance in overall, also global organizations are making an effort to move on from ethnocentric cultural perspectives towards common cultures.
