Mobile node is a collection of mobile nodes which forms a temporary network. Some of the nodes in an ad hoc network may want access to an external network, such as internet. Different mechanisms have been proposed to integrate MANETs and the Internet[10][11]. These mechanisms are differing based on gateway discovery mechanism, and Adhoc routing protocol[13][16]. When MANET is connected to the Internet, it is important for the mobile nodes to detect an available gateway providing an access to the Internet. The objective of this paper is based on Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) routing protocols used in gateways. AODV[1] is one of the most popular routing protocols for ad-hoc networks; it uses the flooding technique for locating the destinations, and gateway, possibly cause an overhead in the network. To overcome this problem we have introduced the MPR (Multi Point Relay) algorithm [2][9] in the AODV protocol in order to reduce the number of messages broadcasted during the flooding phase and also the MPRAODV protocol uses the hybrid approach to find out the gateway[14][15]. The extended AODV (MPRAODV) using MPR reduces the overhead and enhances the packet delivery performance.Keywords

Peer-to-peer (P2P) systems have rapidly grown in popularity and have become a dominant means for sharing resources in the past few years. Since the nodes are often heterogeneous in these types of systems a load balancing key was a challenging. While several load-balancing schemes have been proposed in the literature, these solutions are typically ad hoc, heuristic based, and localized. In this project, we present a general framework, HiGLOB, for global load balancing in structured P2P systems. Each node in HiGLOB has two key components: 1) a histogram manager maintains a histogram that reflects a global view of the distribution of the load in the system, and 2) a load-balancing manager that redistributes the load whenever the node becomes overloaded or underloaded. A P2P network is partitioned into non overlapping regions corresponding to histogram bucked by exploiting the routing metadata. A mechanism was proposed to keep the cost of constructing and maintaining the histograms low. This scheme can control and bound the amount of load imbalance across the system. Skip Graph, BATON, and Chord are the three existing structured P2P system where we demonstrate the effectiveness of HIGLOB by instantiating. Experimental results clearly indicate that our approach works well.Keywords

Route selection is essential in everyday life. We have several algorithms for detecting efficient route on Large Road Networks. This paper introduce the hierarchical community, is presented. It splits large road networks into hierarchical structure. It introduces a multi parameter route selection system which employs Fuzzy Logic (FL) and ant’s behavior in nature is applied for the dynamic routing. The important rates of parameters such as path length and traffic are adjustable by the user. The purposes of new hierarchical routing algorithm significantly reduce the search space. We develop a community-based hierarchical graph model that supports Dynamic efficient route computation on large road networks.Keywords

Since research trends can change dynamically,researchers have to keep up with these new trends and undertake new research topics. Therefore, research communities for new research domains are important. Domain-specific search engines (or vertical search engines) alleviate the problem to some extent, by allowing researchers to perform searches in a particular domain and providing customized community researchers. In this paper, we propose a method to discover research communities. The key features of our method are a network model of papers and a word assignment technique for the communities obtained. This research work is focused on evaluating a bibliometrics search engine called Domain Expert, which produces list of community researchers e-mail addresses of cyber domain experts available freely in the Web. This exploits techniques such as bibliometrics and community mining using Brush structure, which is a new data structure model for indexing by community formation.Keywords

This paper presents the development of a methodology to manage and trace the vehicle velocity, temperature and position of the vehicle from the vehicular system .We proposed a automatic speed control system through analysis and monitoring through digitalized image sensing of the vehicle ahead and use color segmentation algorithms to have a position of the vehicle ahead, aiming predict a need of preventive maintenance and mostly avoids collision between the vehicles. In this proposed system, accelerometer which will identify vibration, temperature sensor to identify the temperatures at critical points of vehicle, a microcontroller hardware which will make acquisition and processing of signals from sensors. The acquired parameters such as Vehicular speed, position and temperature are stored in a SD card and finally The vehicles sends information to the Emergency services, respective mobile numbers. The post processing is performed remotely through a computer that receives the data submitted via GSM presenting them to the user via graphical interface. This leads to minimize collision in highways.

In this paper, the probabilistic neural network (PNN) is proposed as the classifier to discriminate between the magnetizing inrush and the phase to phase fault of a power transformer. The probabilistic neural network (PNN), is investigated for the protection of power transformer. Current waveforms due to different types of events, such as phase to phase faults and circuit breaker switching were generated using power transformer simulated in MATLAB simulation software. Simulated data were used to train the classifiers. To evaluate the developed algorithm for various operating condition of the transformer, including internal faults, are obtained by modeling the transformer in MATLAB Simulink. The data from the simulation are trained and tested by using Probabilistic Neural Network for discrimination of magnetic inrush and phase to phase fault.Keywords

The problem of m-machine permutation flowshop scheduling is considered in this paper. The objective is to minimize the makespan. The flowshop scheduling problem is a typical combinatorial optimization problem and has been proved to be strongly NP-hard. Hence, several heuristics and meta-heuristics were addressed by the researchers. In this paper, a discrete African wild dog algorithm is applied for solving the flowshop scheduling problems. Computational results using benchmark problems show that the proposed algorithm outperforms many other algorithms addressed in the literature.Keywords

Background: Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers among women in world. Unfortunately, even after adequate treatment, some patients experience severe pain either due to disease progression or due to treatment related side effects. Aim: The purpose of this study was to describe the impact of five interventions on the quality of life (QOL) and the role of FACT-B Questionnaire in this way to health care professionals achieve a deeper understanding of QOL. Methods: The data for the research were collected by FACT-B scale one week and four months after breast cancer treatment with chemotherapy. In this Pilot study of 20 breast cancer patients took part in the intervention of Aerobic, Acupressue, Guided Imagery, Amla supplementation and Spiritual counselling.QOL was assessed using FACT-B Scale. Results: The results show that the patients with breast cancer receiving chemotherapy benefitted from the practised interventions during and after the treatment. In prior to enforce the QOL model, the breast cancer patients had poor quality of life. The effectiveness of the intervention was evaluated by post test scores. The mean score had improved from 48.05-99.07 with paired tvalve of 19.59 (P<0.05) after implementation of multi intervention package. The finding shows that there was a highly significant association found between pre and post scores. The Chi-Square test result shows that there is no significant association between patients with breast cancer receiving chemotherapy with demographic variables. Further research is required to determine the effectiveness of multi intervention package with large samples and to identify their underlying mechanism.Keywords

A male non descript one and half month old puppy was presented to infectious unit of Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex, Veterinary College and Research Institute with a history of vomiting, black colour watery diarrhea. On physical examination, the animal had pyrexia, pale mucous membrane, tick infestation and severe dehydration with sunken eyeballs. The puppy passed blackish watery diarrhoeic faeces and raw blood at the end of defaecation. on faecal examination unsproulated oocysts of Isospora (Syn: Cystisospora) species were detected. Haemogram of the puppy revealed anaemia and neutrophilia. The pup was treated fluid therapy at the dose rate of 10 ml/kg body weight and haemtenics followed by with oriprim at the dose rate of 25 mg/ kg for five days.References

Improving the efficiency of dynamic routing problem on road network is a difficult .There is numerous works proposed for this problem and they try to solve this in different aspects. Most of the existing routing problem based on static approach. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy Dijkstra’s shortest path algorithm based on dynamic approach. The linguistic variables that qualify user parameters are quantified using fuzzy set theory that provides fuzzy numbers outputs to predict the shortest route on network. By handling the fuzzy parameter, it gives issue to compare the distance between two different paths with their edge lengths represented by fuzzy numbers. The addition of fuzzy numbers using graded mean integration representation is used to improve Dijkstra’s algorithm. A numerical example of a road network is used to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method.Keywords

Background: Performing breast self-examination (BSE) every month, starting at age 20 is an important tool in the early detection of breast cancer. Early detection of breast cancer plays a leading role in reducing mortality rates and improving patients' prognosis. Aim: The purpose of the current study was to determine women’s' practice of BSE and knowledge about risk factors of breast cancer. Method and Material: A descriptive study design was used, with a sample of convenience 112 women in pachampalyam community area between January and March 2015. A self administered questionnaire was used for data collection. Results: mean age of the respondents was 29.5; (SD=8.3) years and ranged from 35 to 45 years. More than half of the studied group married and 47.3% worked for more than 5 years 95.5% had no previous breast health problems and family history of breast cancer was reported by 12.5%. Only 19.4% of the studied sample performed BSE regularly. The practice of BSE was not significantly associated with socio demographic characteristics. Conclusion: study findings suggested that there were gaps between knowledge and practice of BSE among women’s.Keywords

The system makes use of deep learning technology to coach itself with the varied skin images. the most objective of this technique is to realize maximum accuracy of disease of the skin prediction. The people health quite the other diseases. Skin diseases are mostly caused by mycosis, bacteria, allergy, or viruses, etc. The lasers advancement and Photonics based medical technology is employed in diagnosis of the skin diseases quickly and accurately. The medical equipment for such diagnosis is restricted and costliest. So, Deep learning techniques helps in detection of disease of the skin at an initial stage. The feature extraction plays a key role in classification of skin diseases.
