Section II provides a brief understanding of employee behaviors (turnover intentions, organization citizenship behavior, workplace deviance, and work performance) and their relationships with job attitudes considered in the present study. Section III presents a proposed theoretical model of organizational climate and its correlates. Section IV presents the conclusions and implications. On the basis of review of existing literature, 15 hypotheses have been proposed which shows the relationship between organizational climate and its correlates.
