Successful endodontic treatment of a tooth largely depends on proper diagnosis. Anatomical variations of a tooth are occasionally encountered and are challenging to diagnose and to manage as failure results due to the presence of untreated additional canals. This makes it imperative for the clinician to be able to identify the variation in the internal anatomy of the tooth being treated. We present the case of a permanent maxillary lateral incisor with unusual presentation of two ischolar_mains which are dilacerated.
