A Study of the Different Interest Record of Students at Intermediate Stage in Garhwal Region, Uttarakhand, India

Interest is an important input in going through a Particular discipline; an interest is the discipline can be created with the helps of appropriate teaching strategies and aids the present study aims at isolating the interest record profile at intermediate students in respect to their sex variance and Faculty of study specifically in Garhwal region.

Interest is any Field leads to real success to an individual it is proved obviously that interest creates an enthusiasm and quit for going into depth of matter , the qualities of curriculum framework the way of teaching , in born traits of an individual and many others all compositely constitute an interest of an individual or interest towards a subject as particular among the individual , the studies an interest have been in discussion since the development of psychology specifically the personality and motivation the strength and direction of the individual interest attitude motives and value represent an important aspect of his personality these characteristic mate rally affect has educational and vocational adjustment his interpersonal relations and the enjoyments that the derives in life.

Guilford Strong and Kuderson were amongst the beginners who launched the idea of an interest and aptitude test is the middle of the century is a vertical development study of interest conduct by whitly (1929) forwarded that interest for collection of various coupons coins stamps were more prevalent in age group of 10-13 girls preferred collecting of paper dolls interests use very oftenely found correlated with economic background of society poverty lack of literacy , lack of children books and magazines ,children general interests are some times explore by providing an opportunity for these to express their spontaneous wishes ( whitley kopel 1939),A good number at studies have been carried out by school on interest with various other variables. The interest record profile to pupils studying in the high school status in respect to their sex variance and faculty of study specifically in a hilly region context.
