Student Leadership: Exploration of Socio-demographic Contour

The present study aims to determine the leadership abilities of school students and examine the role of certain sociodemographic variables such as economic status and parents' education in developing school students' leadership ability. The study found that infrastructural support and assistance to students help them to flourish leadership skills and there is no gender difference in the context of leadership attitude. However, private schools provide better opportunities to students for developing leadership skills.

Abstract
