We commonly call the modern society as "ICT convergence". Especially, mobile, smart, cloud computing can be called core technologies of the large technological direction of convergence. These ICT convergence fields include various regions. In 2011, the Korea government introduced "IT Convergence Technology Prediction Survey 2025". This report includes 10 ICT industries. In this paper, we described a smart city which was leading case in digital convergence and related with our life. Smart city is, in other terms, a future-oriented advanced city that is pursued around the world as the fruit of ICT-based convergence industry. We described actual cases of smart city, and focused on analysis and applicability of current smart city in this paper.
