This article deals with the reliable adaptive control with H‡ performance for linear systems considering actuator failures and uncertainty in state matrix based on LMI approach. The reliable controller parameters are adjusted online based on adaptive laws to compensate the actuator fault effect on system. The sufficient conditions for the existence of the reliable adaptive control with H‡ performance are derived in terms of Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs). This Scheme guarantees the asymptotic stability and desirable performance of closed-loop systems using reliable adaptive control with H‡ performance even in cases of actuator failures. The efficiency of our design method is finally verified by numerical example.
