Objectives: The present study was carried out to examine the structural relationship of parenting stress, growth mindset, hope and children’s well-being. To carry out this study, a survey was conducted with 290 women who have children studying at kindergartens. Statistical Analysis: The collected data were analyzed for frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, mean comparison analysis and structural equation modeling. Findings: First, the correlation analysis showed that parenting stress are negatively correlated with subgroups of children’s well-being, but growth mindset and hope are positively correlated with subgroups of children’s well-being. Second, the result of the structural equation modeling showed that parenting stress has a significantly negative impact on growth mindset and hope and furthermore, growth mindset had a significant impact on hope. However, it was shown that parenting stress has a negative impact on well-being and hope has a positive impact on children’s well-being. Third, the mediating effects of hope were found between growth mindset and children’s well-being and between parenting stress and children’s well-being. Improvements: Based on the results, the improvements to increase children’s well-being were suggested.
