Simplified Extraction and Estimation of 'neem Bitters' from Neem (Azadirachta indica) Seed Kernels

Pure water extract of Neem seed kernels has been found to contain good amounts of 'Neem Bitters' which possess insect growth retarding activity. Optimum HPLC conditions have been established for estimation of 'Neem bitters' in such water extracts.
