The purpose of image fusion is to merge information from multi-sensor and to improve abilities of information analysis and feature extraction. In this paper, a new image fusion algorithm based on multiwavelet transform to fuse multimedical images is presented. The detailed discussions are focused on the two-wavelet and two-scaling function multiwavelets. In the fusion algorithm, a feature-based fusion rule is used to combine original sub images and to form a pyramid for the fused image. It can merge information from original images adequately and improve abilities of information analysis and feature extraction. Experiment of fusing medical CT\MRI images is presented in this paper. Comparing with other image fusion methods, satisfactory result has been obtained by applying this method on both objective and subjective performance measure. Keywords

Objectives: Due to phenomenal growth of digital data and social media, industries need tool to migrate from traditional to agile approach with less investment to meet the requirements of customer. Statistical Analysis: In this paper, we have analyzed multiple research works and identified cloud storage is the most appropriate approach for digital universe. By understanding various techniques, we confirm that the common fear factors like data loss, personalization, security, reliability and availability have been completely addressed in cloud computing. Hence cloud storage can be suggested to industry for digital transformation Findings: There are 3 models in cloud computing and suitability of model based on need of industry requirement is not identified so far. We found open data source in hybrid cloud computing is the best arrangement for industry to fulfill the demand of various customers. Among the existing open databases Mongo DB is identified as faster and consistent. Application/Improvements: The proposed model suggests Mongo DB storage in Hybrid cloud computing to provide rich customer experience with less investment for industries. This need to be further analyzed with specific case studies in different types of organization using application tools. Keywords

Objective: In the modern era, smart phones and iPhones are the most dominating gadgets among human beings. The tremendous number of mobile users along with the omnipresent nature of mobile devices has created an immense market for mobile commerce. But, for that m-commerce to be recognized to 100%, users have to belief the security measures of m-commerce generally and m-payment especially. In other words, the growth of wireless networks and massive usage of mobile devices have increased the concerns about performance and security of mobile payment systems. The two critical and challenging features of any payment protocol are security and privacy. Method: This paper proposes a novel secured authentication protocol for mobile banking which would overcome the two critical features of any mobile payment transactions. This proposed protocol combines both asymmetric and symmetric key cryptographic techniques. Findings: Compared to few existing authentication protocols based on either ECC or RSA, the proposed authentication protocol over resource-constrained mobile devices serves better in terms of privacy, security and computation. Novelty: This paper proposes a novel secured authentication protocol which combines both asymmetric and symmetric key cryptographic techniques (HECC and AES).Keywords

Most of the e-commerce and m-commerce applications in the current e-business world, has adopted asymmetric key cryptography technique in their authentication protocol to provide an efficient authentication of the involved parties. This paper exhibits the performance analysis of distinct authentication protocol which implements the public key cryptography like RSA, ECC and HECC. The comparison is made based on key generation, sign generation and sign verification processes. The results prove that the performance achieved through HECC based authentication protocol is better than the ECC- and RSA based authentication protocols. Keywords

Demonetisation is the act of stripping a money unit of its status as legal tender. It is necessary whenever there is a change of national money. The old unit of money must be retired and exchange with a new money unit. Rural Merchants are not equipped with facilities for online payment system for accepting card payment or any online payment systems like Paytm. The study focuses on the level of awareness among the rural merchants towards online payment system. Keywords

Performance management is a comprehensive term of which performance appraisal is the main element in the organization. The present education system in India is predominantly considered with greatest importance, due to the high weightage given to achieve educational excellence. Higher Educational Institutions (HEI’s) play a major role in the development and growth of the country. Hence, there exists a need to implement an efficient performance management system and identify various techniques for measuring the performance of members in an institution. Due to dramatic changes that has taken place in the academic part of a higher education that expects quality of education across all areas over the years. This study focuses on the analysis of the performance management parameters for the HEI’s. It also carefully investigates the various latest practices followed in HEI’s in measuring the performance of employees. The success of higher educational institutions depends greatly on how it measures the performance of employees with right perspective. Effective implementation of PMS’s in HEI’s is achieved through identifying employees’ perspectives about the concept of different performance indicators in HEI’s at large. Keywords

“Digital India” is an excellent scheme implemented by the government of India which is “designed to transform India into a global digitized hub” in the form of enhancing the digitized operations in all ways and means. In present techno-day’s era, every individual are ‘breath-re-breath’ with all gadgets which makes their life cozy. Irrespective of all categories of ages, technological revolution has made remarkable changes favorably but the quantum of adverse effects are predominant that need to be trouble shooted with care. Moreover, taking control in one’s digital life is also need of the hour to everyone. There are vast devices and websites through which globe shrink in one’s hand. Anything and everything possible in anytime anywhere digital world. With the advent of social networking sites in the form of whatsapp, facebook, twitter, orkut etc which fetches wide array of inputs to the users. The responsibility of all forms of people such as teachers, parents, health professionals, government by various means of technological appliances in right perspective without any detrimental results is predominant. There is always need and supporting mechanism for all sort of advancement which can be catalyzed through the software in order to deal human’s ages and pass on stages softly called ‘technology’. Right from Agriculture to Aircraft, there is always requirement for technology which acts as ‘eye and heart’ without which nothing will move further and needless to say that the individual’s life become standstill. This paper throws lights on the panoramic aspect of “Digital-Click and Get” paradigm in tech-human being epoch. The digital responsibility of various people as teachers, parents, health professionals, government has been encapsulated in the paper. Keywords

Demonetization is the act of stripping a money unit of its position as legal tender. It is essential, whenever there is a change of national money. The older unit of money must be retired and replace with a new money unit. This paper suggest the positive impact of Demonetarization on Electronic payment by providing numerical data on how the volumes of transaction increased during the period in which Demonetarization was implemented in India. Keywords
