Information and communication technology (ICT) is one of the most important driving forces to improve the learning skill of the students. India is one of the developing countries, and in recent years, government of India has taken interest in introducing ICT for teaching learning process. The use of ICT in education and training has been a key priority to the government of India, as ICT has had a major impact on the education sector and equipping new generations with enhanced skills. The primary objective of the education experts is to promote learning, especially within academic settings where graduate students, are expected to develop deep learning approach, higher levels of critical thinking, enhanced academic skills etc. In India, students enter the engineering course with different academic background. Few students undergone ICT based teaching learning process before undergraduate level and most of the students may not have the opportunities. Hence, in this work, a survey was conducted to know the ICT knowledge and use, among the incoming undergraduate engineering students. Keywords

HTML is Hypertext Markup Language which is used to design webpage for storing static information. HTML is a broadly utilized markup dialect to make up endless pages. Simultaneous HTML parser would prompt to considerable execution change and a superior client encounter. In any case, simultaneous the HTML parser is testing a direct result of a solid cyclic reliance in the parser display. In this paper proposes an ontology-based HTML Simultaneous parser plan that parts the info HTML record by a "div" tag, and procedures the autonomous halfway contributions with different parser strings. Simultaneous Parser scans the input and modifies as Tokens. Tokens are sequence of characters. Simultaneous parser can be executed parallel. This system assessed the proposed HTML Simultaneous parser with the benchmarks chose from main 500 site pages and accomplished a greatest speedup of 1.49x.

Cancer is one of the dangerous diseases, which is more severe to cure. Sometimes, certain types of cancer seem to run in some families. Gene prediction is an emerging research area that had received growing attention in the research community. All the genes may not be biologically significant in diagnosing the disease. Microarray cancer data organized as samples versus genes fashion are being exploited for the classification of tissue samples into benign and malignant or their subtypes. This paper surveys various data mining methods involved in cancer gene identification.
