Cloud Computing is the latest Information Technology revolution that helps developing countries to implement their E-governance services at a very low cost and provide better services to their citizens. These changes naturally should reflect the way government functions in terms of the organization of the government, its relationship with its citizens, institutions and businesses and cooperation with other governments. The critical problem (Rastogi 2010) discussed for the developing countries is the necessary infrastructure to implement the E-services. In this paper we try to research that how the ‘cloud computing’ architecture helps the developing countries to overcome the various problems and which will ultimately lead to development and an overall economic progress of countries.Keywords

Software quality is a multi-dimensional content which is easily distinguishable and measurable. Although the Quality of the software is dependent on Functional and Non Functional Requirement of the user. To determine this content more exact, the qualitative models have been presented in which different aspects of this matter are investigated. But the existences of different models and using different expressions have made the comprehension of this content a little hard. The growth of e-commerce increases the money transaction via electronic network which is designed for hassle free fast & easy money transaction but the facility involves greater risk of misuse of facility for fraud one of them is credit card fraud it can be happened by many types as by stolen card, by internet hackers who can hack your system & get important information about your card, or by information leakage during the transaction, although many person has proposed their work for credit card fraud detection by characterizing the user spending profile, but in this paper we are proposing the SVM(support vector machine) based method with multiple kernel involvement also including several fields of user profile instead of only spending profile & the simulation result shows improvement in TP(true positive), TN(true negative) rate, it also decreases the FP(false positive) & FN(false negative) rate.Keywords

Attrition has been recognized as one of the principal threats to the competitiveness of Indian BPO sector. More specifically many researchers have identified that it is often the early career professionals who decide against an extended relationship with the BPO. Using the job demand- resource lens, we explored whether work alienation is associated with turnover of the early career employees in the Indian BPO sector. Additionally, we also investigated whether work alienation mediates the relationship between organizational support variables and turnover intention. We found evidence for a full mediation. The implications of the study findings are also discussed.
