Back ground

Anterior Cruciate ligament injuries are commonest among the soft tissue injuries around knee. Rehabilitation following ACL injuries always has been a challenging one for the physiotherapists. Literature reviews are considered as potential source of knowledge.

Methods & results

A structured review was conducted to find out the efficacy of various protocols of ACL injury rehabilitation in various electronic databases. Three reviews with different qualities were retrieved.

Conclusion

This paper gives an overview of three reviews about the Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury rehabilitation. This is strengthening the knowledge in ACL injury rehabilitation and guides towards the future research in ACL injury Rehabilitation.
