Plasma Cell Gingivitis is anunusual type of gingival enlargement that has distinctive features of infiltration of plasma cells into the sub-epithelial tissues of the gingiva. It is considered to be a hypersensitivity reaction to allergens. Allergens found mostly in consumables like tooth pastes, Khat leaves, chewing gums, etc. Here we have reported an unusual case of an 18 year of girl with gingival involvement in both maxillary and mandibular arches. There was resolution of symptoms after discontinuation of irritant.
