A Comparative Study on the Attitude of Sports Persons towards Yoga.

This study intended to explore the attitude of sports persons towards yoga. The sample of the study, which was selected through purposive sampling. The sample comprised of 100 sports persons of SGGS Khalsa college Mahilpur district Hoshiarpur (Punjab). The standardized tool Dr.Mahesh Kumar Muchhal were used for the present study. The results of the study revealed that there is insignificant difference in attitude of male and female students towards yoga. There is significant difference in the attitude of urban and rural students towards yoga.
