The purpose of the study is to compare Managerial Effectiveness (ME) among different categories of business organizations. The present study was done on a sample of 240 employees of managerial cadre. Variables in the study were assessed using a standardized instrument, t-test was used to analyze the data. It is found that there is significant difference in ME among employees of public and private sector enterprises under manufacturing units. Also it is observed that no significant difference is found among employees of public and private sector enterprises under service units.
