Does a Computer Have Mind?

It is a complex question whether a computer has a mind. Is it possible that a computer in future can have a mind as that of a human being? If it is so, a computer may have creativity also. That is not at all wanted. The author discusses in this article components of a computer, its working principle in brief, algorithmic nature of computer, perception of non-algorithmic nature of human mind and related areas. The author hopes at the end that in future a mindful computer may be discovered that can help immense development in various areas of human civilization.
