This communication is the second of a series of preliminary reports of angiospemic plants growing in Darbhanga and around. This includes 262 species, 203 genera and 63 families in total. Monocots are represented by 29 species, 27 genera and 10 families; and Dicots by 233 species, 176 genera and 53 families. The arrangement of families is according to Bentham and Hooker (1862-83). Previous paper included 287 species, 243 genera and 93 families in all, of which 51 species, 47 genera and 18 families belonged to Monocots; and 236 species, 196 genera and 75 families to Dicots.
