No. F. 37-3/Legal/2005:- In supersession of the Regulations Notified by the Council vide Notification No. F.37-3/Legal (vi) 2003, dated 3rd April 2003 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 23 read with Clause (b), Clause (f), Clause (g) and Clause (n), (o), (p) of Section l0 of the AICTE Act, 1987, (Act 52 of 1987), the Council hereby makes these regulations for regulating entry and operation of Foreign Universities/Institutions imparting technical education in India.
