Cytotoxic chemotherapy for malignant diseases has significantly improved the probability of long-term remission of young patients to start a family and the rate of cure has about 90% with an upward trend in success. However, this has led to a rapidly increasingly incidence of post therapeutic reproductive dysfunction. The molecular mechanism of reproductive dysfunction has not been investigated in detailed.
