The Council decided to create a fund to be called "At-home-Fund" for meeting distinguished persons. A Sub-committee consisting of Sarbasra S. K. Sur, K. K. Sen Gupta, S. P. Nandi, H. N. Chakrabarty and M. S. Guha Mustaffi was nominated to devise ways and means. The minimum subscription fixed is Rs. 5-00. The Secretary will be the convenor for this Sub-committee.
