Review of Fuzzy Approach to Part Family formation
Subscribe/Renew Journal
In the process of identifying part-families and machine groups Fuzzy Cluster Analysis is used to form Machine-part fuzzy relative matrix and then immediately convert it into a zero-one conventional matrix. This paper suggests a method in which fuzzy logic plays a major role throughout by making use of a new similarity coefficient.
