The American Medical Association. Council on Foods and Nutrition in conjunction with the National Centre for Disease Control and Nutrition Foundation, Inc. held a Conference in Williamburg, Virginia, U. S. A. during June 1972. This volume is the Proceedings of the above Conference. The aim of the Conference was to develop some concrete structures and models for nutrition education in medical schools and post doctoral training.
