A Modified Method for the Spectrophotometric Determination of Triacylglycerol in Serum

Several methods have been described for the measurement of triacylglycerol in serum. They are based on the seperation of triacylgiycerol in serum from phospholipids either by adsorption of phospholipids on activated Alumina, Zeolite etc.
