Development of Hotel Project Under Public Private Partnership

This case study is based upon experience gained by the author during the project consultancy for development of a hotel project under PPP module. Author is Ex. PPP and Management Consultant of Chhattisgarh State Tourism Board. Author is a Chartered Accountant has vast experience of bid process management and procurement process in public system. This case story was submitted to the Word Bank for their initiative of Procurement Innovative Challenge with an object to contribute for effective procurement reforms and enhance better performance systems through sharing of a innovative idea. Case story was selected by the Jury of World Bank as an official case story and available at the portal of World Bank.
