Dear Friends,

It is my great pleasure to thank our members for re-electing me during the 40'^ Annual General Meeting of the Institute held in Kolkata on 23rd September 2006, as the President of your esteemed Institute for the next term.

I also consider myself as fortunate that after a gap of fifteen years It has become possible for your Institute to hold the Annual General Meeting within 30th September as per the statutory requirement of the Company's Act and I must thank our branches for their co-operation.
