The unity of concepts and terminology discernible in different art forms of Asia - music, dance, sculpture, architecture - which parallels the concept of seminal mnemonics postulated by S.R. Rangnanathan. Indian classical music and dance forms have connections / ischolar_mains in folk arts. Elements and aspects of the Indian cosmology, including expressions of Time, appears to have been absorbed into the Indonesian Balinese dances, and the architecture of Cambodia's Angkor Wat temples, as in Indian classical dances and temple architecture. Indian folk arts are briefly described. The Time- theory basis of raga classification of South Indian classical music is discussed. Indian classical dance is concerned with timing and pose; it is differentiated from Western classical dance which is more concerned with movement in space. Brief notes are given about Time in relationship to psychic abilities, the time-related styles in literature, and Time element in the classification of Classics.Keywords
