Acute Myocardial Infarction in Graves' Disease with Normal Coronaries

A 68 year old female, being treated for Graves' Disease was admitted with Acute Myocardial Infarction. Coronary angiography showed normal flow in the coronary arteries. The possible mechanisms of angina/myocardial infarction with hyperthyroidism and normal coronaries have been discussed.
