Allogenic (patient receives stem cells from a matching donor, either a sibling or an unrelated donor) hematopoietic stem cell therapy (HCT) is consid ered as standard therapy in selected patients suffering from hematopoetic malignancies, disorders of immune system, inherited metabolic disorders and solid tumors of non hematological and immune system (about 55 disorders are included in this category).
