The lifestyle drugs are the modern pharmaceutical innovations. They are Pharmacoeconomics assets of the 21st century. A new term QOL (quality oriented life improving drugs) has augmented their prospective potential. Marine biomolecules offered novel chemical entities (NCEs) of polypharmacophoric bioactions for improving the style and quality of life. The antidepressive, cosmeceutical, and aphrodisiacal potentials of marine novel chemical entities were explored in this study.

Akshay et.al 1 proposed four types of drug-design, based on the rational models. Rationally designed ethnomedicinal formulations by traditional or indigenous natural ingredients should adopt the concept of ayurvedicophore2. The extension of this applied for designing of ayurvedicphoric models of facial life – style cosmeceuticals. We devised life-style, Anti-acne and Anti wrinkle ayurvediccophoric facial cosmeceuticals , having different herbal compositions with relevant bioactions for achieving the desired, therapeutical objectives.

The facial cosmeceuticals enhance the charming look and attractive appeal. They have achieved the pharmaceutical distinction as life- style potentiaters in 21st century at social and professional levels. The forty five modern formulations of facial cosmetics were studied for t identifying their cosmeceutical structures and bioactions in order to design chemically oriented FC for plausible formulations. It is composed of chemobiological functionalities for facial skin interaction. The cationic, hydrophobic, H-bonding and pi-pi stacking sites structured the hypothetical FC.
