A new innovationin the world of multi-hull vessels has been proposed, by arranging the fourspindlesubmarine typeofhulls(A QUADRAMARAN)forhigherstabilizationandintroducingnewstructuralsynthesis phenomenonwhichisacompletedeviationfromexistingclassificationsocietyapproachesonstructuraldesign.Astructuralsynthesisapproach/methodroutinelyusedtodesign&buildinternallypressurizedfilamentaryvesselsismodifiedforapplicationontoaradicallydifferentdesignofexternallypressurizedsteelhulls.Inthedesignprocessbeginningwithshellequilibrium,choosinggeodesicsasreinforcementdirections,usingNettingtheoryandintegratingresultingODEs,wearriveatasolutionasdemandedoptimumshaperatherthananalyzingpre-determinedshapesofhullbodyplan.Thatazerohoopstresscaseofdoublycurvedrotationallysymmetricpressureshellsissameincompositeandmetallicdesign,thisapproachisadoptedforsteel.Thisconsiderationhasleadtoacorrugated/bellow/unduloidshape,morepointedontheoutsidethantheinside.Veryrigidstructureresultedasexpectedthroughthecompositeroute.FEanalysisprovesstrengthandstabilityoftheresultingform.
