Histological features showed that the seminal vesicles consisted of capsule, interlobular septa, glandular alveoli, interstitial tissue and ducts. The glands were tubulo alveolar with alveoli lined by pseudostratified columnar epithelium comprising of ‘A’ and ‘B’ types of cells. The duct system comprised of central collecting sinus, interlobular ducts and main excretory duct. The glandular alveoli were more in number in pubertal than prepubertal ram. The micrometrical observations showed that values were more in pubertal than the prepubertal ram.

The skin of crossbreed cow (Deoni x HF, F1 generation) histologiocally showed, dermis The dermis was consisted to dense irregular connective tissues with a feltwork of collagen, elastic and reticular fibres along with the sweat gland, sebaceous gland, hair follicles, ararector pilli muscles, blood vessels, lymph vessels, nerves and connective tissue cells i.e. fibroblast. It was divided into two layers as a superficial papillary layer and deep reticular layer without a clear demarcation.

The skin of crossbreed cow (Deoni x HF, F1 generation) histologiocally showed three layers as epidermis, dermis and hypodermis. The epidermis consisted of four types of layers from outer to inner side as Stratum carneum, Stratum granulosum, Stratum spinosum and Stratum basale. The keratinocytes were found in the Stratum carneum, melanocytes and langerhans cells were found in Stratum spinosum and Stratum basale. The markels cells were round in basal layer of the epidermis in heifers. The papillomatus epidermis was the down growth of the epidermis between the dermal papillae.

The present research was conducted to study the gross anatomy of male accessory sex glands in prepubertal and pubertal ram. The length, width of the right and left ampulla in pubertal ram were more than the prepubertal ram. The right seminal vesicle was slightly larger than the left seminal vesicle in the same animal. Biometrical observations showed that there was on increase in the seminal veside dimensions in the pubertal as compared to prepubertal ram. The prostate gland was an unpaired more or less diffused and extended as greater difference along with technical part of the urethra under cover of urethral muscles. The prostate gland was present as pars diseminata only in prepubertal and pubertal ram. The bulbourethral glands were paired located on the dorsal surface of the bulbar portion of the pelvic part of the urethra. The gland in pubertal was relatively greater than the prepubertal.

The sweat glands were apocrine type of glands present at the deeper part of the dermis. These glands were found oval and rounded in heifer, elongated oval and spherical arranged in clustures in lactating cow and elongated and tubular with narrow lumen in pregnant cow and were lined by simple cuboidal epitherlical cells.

Histologically, the bulbourethral gland consisted of capsule, interlobular septa, interstitial tissue, glandular alveoli and ducts, in prepubertal and pubertal ram. The glands were tubule alveolar consisting of serous and mucous alveoli duct. The serous alveoli were lined by simple columnar epithelium whereas mucous alveoli were lined by pyramidal shaped tall columnar epithelium. The interlobular duct was lined by pseudostratified epithelium.
