In this paper, the moving regions from the compressed video are segmented using various techniques such as Global motion estimation, markov random field model and macro block classification. First motion vectors are extracted from compressed video and are classified into different classes and global motion estimation was done on the motion vectors and coarse segmentation map was obtained. Then Motion vector quantization (VQ) based on similarity of local motion is used to find the likely number of moving regions. The inferred statistics are used to initialize prior probabilities for subsequent Markov Random field (MRF) classification, which produces coarse segmentation map. Finally, coarse to fine strategy is utilized to refine region boundaries.Keywords

Background/Objectives: To evacuate trapped victims in complex environment with the help of UWB to detect the victim whether injured or not even before evacuation. Methods/Statistical Analysis: UWB system was used for sensing the breathing activity. In this process, the primary issue is the definition of design constraints about the signal processing waveform to transmit, correctly for the concerned algorithms for retrieving the breathing frequency and waveform precisely even in worst environment noise. Findings: The observation made from this study showed that more bitwise linear characteristic produced by the captured radar breathing signals than sinusoidal characteristics. A simple, accurate, precise, sensitive and a highly selective UV spectrophotometric method was developed for the simultaneous estimation of Atorvastatin calcium and Felodipine. The Estimation of Atorvastatin calcium was carried out at wavelength 241nm, while Felodipine was estimated as single component at 366.5nm. The method was found to be linear in the range of 2-10μg/ml for each Atorvastatin calcium and Felodipine. The developed method was validated according to ICH guidelines and it found to be accurate and precise. Thus the proposed method can be successfully applied for simultaneous determination of Atorvastatin calcium and Felodipine in routine analysis work.Keywords

Moringa belongs to the family Moringaceae comprising 13 species of which Moringa oleifera is more widely cultivated. It is an economically important multipurpose tree with immense nutritional value and has significant potential to address malnutrition. In the present study, a total of 97 accessions collected from different districts of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha were genotyped using 20 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers to assess the genetic diversity and population structure. A total of 140 alleles were detected with the polymorphic information content value of 0.6832 and gene diversity 0.7292. Population structure analysis through a model- based approach divided the accessions into two subgroups. Molecular variance analysis using principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) summarized a 18.32% variation in the first 3 axes and analysis of molecular variance analysis indicates a 2% variance among the population with the remaining 98% variance attributed to variation within individuals. Cluster analysis based on unweighted neighbour-joining showed a clear separation of samples into two subgroups. Further comparison of the cluster subgroup showed high consistency with the STRUCTURE pattern and PCoA plot. The findings reveal a high diversity in the analysed genotypes from which a few distinct accessions could be utilized for further exploration based on their nutritional content and for conservation of nutritionally superior germplasm.Keywords

Reading Christian symbols is reading Christianity itself. There are various types of symbols which the Christian tradition proudly preserves. For our clarity we have marked two vast categories of symbols. Symbols of Christian religion and Symbols of Christian Theology. Symbols of Christian religion are symbols that are ritualistic, cultic, liturgical and literal. Symbols of Christian theology are deeper, metaphorical and symbolic in teaching the faith of Christianity from the ideological point of view.
Our focus is on the symbols of the Christian religion. E.g., symbols that we see in tradition, liturgy, scripture, church building, art, painting. Etc. Hence this article would have attempted to enumerate the various symbols in the
Christianity religion and show their significance for the viewers and believers. Symbols are aids for the receivers to see what is invisible and understand, what is mystical.
Christianity from various centuries uses symbols that are linked with nature. The symbols of palm, vine, water fish, ship plough axe, star sun, fish etc., convey the idea of humans had a profound nearness with nature. The cultural elements are found in the symbols used such as symbols based on the occupation, ship, plough, shepherd, chariot etc., Christian religion employs also the social symbols like persons, crown etc., The last consideration is the philosophical one. Symbols used in Christian religion have a philosophical consideration that is the symbols have to be understood and interpreted. In other words the meaning of symbols must be alive and active now.

This paper details the assessment of human response to vibration through modelling of seated human body using seven degrees of freedom lumped mass model. Continued human exposure to chronic vibrations may subsequently leads to person’s discomfort. To avoid this discomfort, an active suspension with combination of electro-hydraulic, pneumatic or air spring actuator is introduced between sprung mass and the unsprung mass which is controlled by a PID controller. For the simulation, ISO D-class road is given as input for the designed Matlab Simulink model and the results were compared. The simulation result shows that air spring actuators based active suspension can effectively attenuate the vertical vibration acceleration and increase the riding comfort.Keywords
