Fabrication and Characteristics of Organic Solar Cell Based on Conductive Polymer


 

Polyaniline (PANi) is one of imported polymers for synthesis solar cells. The quality of thin film depended on the method of polymerization. In this paper PANi have been prepared by the chemical oxidative polymerization of aniline by presence oxidative agent. The electrical conductivity of these films was measured by two probe methods. The electrical conductivity is influenced by preparation conduction such as concentration of the protonic acid HCl and temperature. The best electrical conductivity about 1.2x10-4 S/cm was found at 383K.
