The researchers visited the Jamal Mohamed College and explained them the nature and purpose of the study. 125 random samples were taken for the study. A questionnaire was distributed to gather data and also interview through interview schedule was also employed in the collection of the data. Statistical tools like Percentage, Spearman‟s Correlation Coefficient and Chi- Square Test adopted for the study. Various comparisons and correlation made between the reading different types of materials, borrowing books, and satisfaction for borrowing books, reason for visiting libraries and seeking information and also information gathering habits through different formal and informal channels. The conclusions of this research provide recommendations for the library improvement and instructional development programme as suggestions for better use of college library. Keywords

Cloud computing, a popular topic in the past few years involves various technologies and provides scalable IT related services over the Internet. Much has been written about this concept and its applications in the IT and business fields. The aim of the study is to analyse the quantum literature output in the area of cloud computing from 2008-2012 from the Web of Knowledge. The downloaded 2207 data were analysed with the Bibexcel Tool. This objective of this article is to identify and analyse the rate and growth of scholarly publication, analyse the authorship pattern and to examine the publication type of research, application of Lotka's Law, Creating Label View, Cluster View and finding the Citation map. Keywords

The main objective of the study is to examine the Neem Research. In India the Neem has been applied safely and effectively in medicine for a long time. Here we are calling this is as "The village Pharmacy" or "Holy Tree". In Atharvana Veda, Upanishad and other Puranic texts Neem is celebrated as a medicinal plant. Medline covers the entire medicinal database. Five years data were downloaded from 2006 to 2010 with the help of PubMed Database. 392 results were obtained and the data were analyzed in different ways. Growth of literature, year-wise, author-wise, language-wise, country- wise and publication type wise have been analysed. These evaluations were done with the help of bibexcel tool. Keywords

The research on the analysis of the growth of literature on Genetic Engineering published in PubMed is conducted to know the language wise distribution, country-wise, continent wise, authorship pattern, single v/s multi authored papers and the deviation between average growth of literatures for fifteen year from 1998 to 2012 which published a total no. of publications of 145502 and the same has been utilized for the scientometric study. The language-wise distribution shows that English language publications were the most popular among the other language publications published in PubMed database. North America stood first place in literature production and China produced more number of literature among Asian countries. The Indian contribution towards the research on Genetic Engineering is only 3.26%. As the deviation of average no. of publications during each year is too much to predict the future trend of no. of publications on Genetic Engineering. The testing of Lotka's law proved that there is a significant difference in the author productivity. Each and every Government should allocate more funds towards conducting research on Genetic Engineering to make the society hale and healthy. Keywords
