Yet another book on strategy but the title reflexes vividly the entrepreneurial approach of making business strategies for sustainable success. Rajat Kanti Baisya has extensive corporate experience with multinationals and large Indian groups and now he is a senior professor of Marketing and Strategic Management and Chair Professor of Marketing Management Group at Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. He has organized the book in XI chapters; the book is apparently divided in two sections: major issues of strategic management are discussed in the first ten chapters (163 pages) where as eleventh chapter (70 pages) contains five different cases from Indian corporate.
