Dental professionals encountered tumor and cystic lesions in their daily practice. However, a concurrent lesion are quite rare and poses diagnostic challenge. Odontoma are the most common odontogenic tumor of the jaw. Although transformation from cyst to tumor is quite common (orgin of ameloblastoma from a dentigerous cyst) but tumor to cyst is very rare1 . Here, we report a case of a dentigerous cyst associated with odontome and an unerupted tooth in the anterior region of the maxilla. Keywords

Paget’s Disease is a rare bone disease, with altered osteoclastic activity and osteoblastic activity in same area leads to production of poorly mineralized woven bone. PD has an autosomal dominant inheritance pattern. It may be present with concomitant infection and bony inflammation affecting the surrounding periosteum presenting as pagetoid osteomyelitis. Here, we are presenting a unique case of Paget’s Disease with associated osteomyelitis. In this article we report an atypical presentation of Paget’s Disease with osteomyelitis in maxilla, its biochemical, radiographical and histopathological findings and its effective management by alendronate. Keywords
