Exploring the Dimensions of Performance Appraisal System in Private Ceramic Tiles Companies in India

The aim of the study is to explore the dimensions of performance appraisal system in selected private ceramic tiles companies. In this research, top six private ceramic tiles companies namely H R Jhonsons, Kajaria, Somany, Nitco, Asian, and ORIENT are covered. A total of 300 respondents are approached. Further, factor analysis is used to explore the dimensions of performance appraisal system. Calculations are made with the help of Microsoft Word and SPSS software package.
