An oral exposure of mice to Lead Chromate, 75 mg/kg bw/day in a single dose for 15 days changed the normal features of liver to a diseased one. Light and Electron microscopic studies have revealed significant change in treated animals compared to control. It appears that an alteration of the normal features of liver to diseased form by an oral exposure to Lead Chromate possibly could be a reason for liver cell damage.Keywords
