Nowadays, technology transfer has the important role in development, productivity and improving performance of companies. As such, this research is aimed to select suitable method for technology transfer in Iranian national Gas Company. 100 technology transfer experts were chosen randomly and research questioner was distributed among them. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used for analyzing the data. Using results of hierarchical analysis technique, we ranked technology transfer methods in Iranian national gas company in which alliance method achieved the first rank, training and education method the second rank, human exchange and hiring the third rank, buy-back contract the fourth rank, and finally technology transfer through purchase of license the rank five. In the end, based on research results, suggested model of choosing suitable method of technology transfer in national gas company is presented. Keywords
