Abstract
People are becoming increasingly health conscious and to maintain good health and prevent diseases, they are adopting different methods, It is well known that yoga techniques improve and promote positive health. All types of yogic practices produce a closer interrelationship between body and mind ana also they help to maintain a perfect homeostasis in both.
